Im in need of a new RPG game for my PC. Im into games like Dark cloud for PS2, Zelda, The elder scrolls collection, WoW and Runescape for the PC.
I would like to find a free or 1 time payment game that is similar to any of these games. I know Skyrim has just come out but I am not interested in spending that much money at the moment.

Seriously, go to Steam http://store.steampowered.com/ and it will change your gaming life. They have games you can download legally for less than $10 when they have a 75% off sale.
