What are some of the best RPG games on the DS?

I'm a real big fan of RPG games but i don't know which ones to get. Help!What are some of the best RPG games on the DS?

RPG's for the nintendo DS:



Final Fantasy IV http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Final_Fanta鈥?/a> - a remake for the DS, improved graphics, voice-acted cut-scenes, overall a great gaming experience.



Chrono Trigger http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrono_Trig鈥?/a> - another remake for the DS. Chrono Trigger is rated one of the best RPGs of all time. This is something you don't want to miss out on.



Pokemon Platinum http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pokemon_pla鈥?/a> - yea Pokemon still has it in them. If you've played the others then I guess this game just kinda says "welcome back" but a decent game nonetheless.



Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_emblem鈥?/a> - Fire Emblem is a superb series overall, although I wouldn't suggest this specific game to get started in the series but it's the only one for DS. I would suggest getting Fire Emblem or Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones instead, both are for Gameboy Advance. Fire Emblem is a turn-based strategy with an RPG flavor added to it.



Now delving deeper into the realm of JRPGs...

Using a stylus on one screen and buttons on the other, every battle is a mind-boggling multitask that everybody born in generation Z (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_ge鈥?/a> should be able to handle. In addition to the original battle system, the story is fairly original itself. Although it's not the first game to be set in modern day Japan, specifically the "hip" district of Shibuya, Tokyo, the story really engages the player and keeps him on his heels.



Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil_Survi鈥?/a> - This game is also set in modern day Tokyo. The combat system is a bit more traditional, but it has a good mix of turn based strategy and traditional turn based RPG combat. The story is also pretty interesting as well, as are almost all JRPGs.



There are much much more good RPGs for the DS but these are definitely worth the $$.
