Elder Scroll Oblivion. Is this game too complicated for a new player to RPG games?

I'm looking for a RPG kind of game and Oblivion seems to be a great game, getting great review everywhere

But anyway, for a person who's never play RPG games before, will this game be too complicated for it to be fun?

ThanksElder Scroll Oblivion. Is this game too complicated for a new player to RPG games?
For me it took about a year/year and a half to adjust to how you play it. The game itself may seem pretty complicated but it is something you can get over by adjusting the difficulty (available in the start menu/options/game play) then slowly adjusting it higher as you get better. The fact that it has a great review makes it seem very easy to play, but this is not the case it is complicated, but is a absolutely brilliant game to play. If you thought Oblivion was difficult at the start morrowind tops Oblivion by triple and a half. Morrowind has no marker system making everywhere hard to find, there is no fast travel system which makes everything long winded. So the answer to your question is no it may be complicated but it when you get over it you can have quite a lot of fun a lot more than you can in morrowind.
Nope is has a very good system and nothing seems to complicated in the game. You can do anything you really want and be any class that you want to be. It is a very fun game and I sure you will enjoy it.Elder Scroll Oblivion. Is this game too complicated for a new player to RPG games?

I dont think it would be too complicated if you have normal iq.

The best RPG ever is "Fallout 2" ;)
Just try it. There isn't much to it. The open ended gameplay lets you slip into what you feel comfortable with. A confident player may go straight into destroying oblivion gates and conquering daedra however a less confident player may wish to simply do missions around the many towns in cyrodill, most of which are more about problem solving than having a kick *** character.

So go ahead and try Oblivion. It is an awesome game. I can guarantee that you will never regret giving it a go.
