What are some really good RPG games and strategy games for someone who isn't very familiar with either genre?

PSP: Final fantasy Tactics:The war of the lions / Jeanne D'Arc



DS: Final fantasy Tactics A2 / The world ends with you



Ps2: Kingdom Hearts / Kingdom hearts 2



Ps3: Metal Gear Solid 4



Wii: Twilight Princess



GBA: Final Fantasy Tactics Advance



I dont know about Xbox, because I've never had one, but I can make a good guess: Civilization Revolution

Suikoden (any, except IV)

Lost Odyssey (great Xbox360 rpg!)

yay someone else who wants to play rpg, they are the best.

if you play nintendo ds then here are some good ones: assasins creed, orcs and elves, Anno 1701, prince of persia, pirates of the carribean at worlds end, animal crossing.

trust me on this play any of the grand theft autos from 3 on. one, two, and the brittian 1s r dumb. and play any of the metal gear solids. 1, 2, 3, or 4. all of those games are sick. if ur more into fantasy, play any of the final fatasys after 6. 7-12 are good, 1-6, not good.
RPG: Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XII, Dragon Quest VIII, Dark Cloud 2, Suikoden III. All for PS2, all solid RPGs.



Strategy: Civilization IV! Civilization IV! Civilization IV! :D Trust me, you won't regret it.
Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, Two Worlds, and Fable. Fable 2 is being released in October, it looks great! And Fallout 3, also in October. I also liked Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon.

mass effect is a great transfer its still a shooterr but its much different highlyrecommended
Hearts of Iron 1 and 2. Best Pc game I have ever played.
