What are some Good RPG games for PC?

Give me all RPG PC games you know that involves about using swords and bows, just like you are the hero with quests to do.Something involves the medieval age.I don't want games that involves about building an empire and attacking the other,I don't like those.

Not ONLINE RPG.

I hope you know what i mean. What are some Good RPG games for PC?
Dragon Age: Origins would be an excellent start for you. Out of all platforms, the game is native to the PC and best played on it. It's one of my most absolute favorite games released to date. (DA2 however... ehhhhhh)

Oblivion may be old, but it's a pretty solid classic title. Definitely worth a look.

Other titles you may be interested in are the Baldur's Gate series, and the Neverwinter Nights series.

EDIT: Hey Skoota, answers 3, 4, and 5 were posted in the same exact minute of each other. Asshole.

more PC RPG's:

Gothic series.

Risen.

Drakensang

Heroes of Might and Magic Series (%26lt;- You may not like the Isometric POV)

Although it's been said, Divinity 2 is a great option as well. I'll probably add more later if I can remember some.
There are a lot of Title for Fantasy R.P.G's out there such as those mentioned previously and "The Witcher". Check out or find Vampire: The Masquerade- Redemption for an alternate twist to a Fantasy RPG.

However none of these games are not truly an RPG (role-playing game). Why? No PC, or platform RPG is opened ended. Player choice as far as action is severely curtailed. Its a Total departure from the Soul of the concept and the Spirit of a True RPG.

The Term R.P.G was coined as far back as the 1960's with the release of T.S.R's "Dungeon and Dragons" by Gary Gygax and the industry exploded in the 1980's with release of AD%26amp;D 2nd Edition, Shadow Run, Twilight 2000, Gamma World, and even Palladium (Not RIFTS). The industry is still running strong, and is the genesis for all PC and Platformed based RPG's.

You can thank Dungeons and Dragons for that with the release( and re release) of "Pools of Radiance", "Pools of Darkness" and the "Temple of Elemental Evil", which initially ran on the Commodore 64 and earlier PC's and runs up through the most Recent Baldur's Gate, and Never Winter Nights Series ( to include D%26amp;D Online).

I Strongly Suggest the "Pools of" Series and Never Winter Nights. Oblivion Sacred seem to be hacks off the "Diablo" series (another good game by Blizzard). Happy Hacking. What are some Good RPG games for PC?
Cant believe the copycats in here. answers 1 and 2 are good and then you get 3,4,5,and 6

ok answers 1 and 2 are good games (especially Oblivion)....(Nehrim expansion pack ...look it up)

Recent... 2 worlds or 2 worlds 2 (coming soon)

fallout 3 or new Vegas

the whicher 2
