Silkroad Online is the Best Free to Play MMORPG in my opinion (www.silkroadonline.net)
Other than that World Of Warcraft is by far my favorite MMO. You can get a 10 day trial from the website (www.worldofwarcraft.com) and then decide whether or not you want to play. If you like the game, but dont like the price tag you can play on a Privately hosted server for free. I'm not sure if its legal or not, but you won't get into any trouble for it.
Look up free Korean MMORPGS on google. They tend to have some really good ones for free to play. I think Maple Story is free, as well as Fly for Fun (FlyFF), Fiesta online, etc.

there is another but its kind of blows... i dont know the right site but its called Realm. i like runescape. i think you will like it. there is free play then member play which is 5 bucks a month, but just check it out.
